& Then There Were FOUR.

Oh hi.

I had a baby.

Crazy right?

I mean it’s been a week and a half since our little man arrived and I’m still in a bit of shock. It’s been a crazy adjustment (hence the quiet blog) with little sleep and lots of coffee. But I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Well, maybe I’d trade it for a healthy toddler. Because of course, once we brought the baby home, Riley got the worst cough ever.

Guys. Sick toddler and a newborn. I don’t wish that scenario on anyone, ha. Thank goodness for our families and friends that have dropped by with food and spare hands and kind words.

But right, the baby. Our little man, Rhys Radcliff Bannan, made his debut into the world bright and early on March 9th.

Say hello!

So far he’s got blondish hair, blue eyes and loves to snuggle, just like his brother. His eyebrows are nonexistent and it constantly makes me laugh. He sneezes incessantly, guaranteeing that he is definitely my son. And Riley is truly in love, which makes my heart burst.

We’re slowly finding our groove over here and I know once Matt heads back to work and I start doing my freelance work again it’ll be a whole new ball game to figure out. In the meantime, I’m enjoying these quiet(ish) moments with Rhys and slowly wading through the newborn haze (which actually isn’t as bad the second time around, ha).

So, life as a family of four. Here we go.

happy tuesday!
