Satisfaction.

It’s no secret that I watch a lot of TV. Like, a lot. And now that my work schedule and life has gotten so crazy I’ve been binge watching shows like a mad woman. Or just watching reruns of my favorites. I love TV, what can I say?

With that, when I was asked to check out the new show SATISFACTION, how could I say anything but okay?

Are you like me and didn’t actually know what this show was about? Well I’m here to help.

SATISFACTION is a provocative drama that explores modern marriage at its midpoint.  Through the lens of one couple, investment advisor, Neil Truman (Matt Passmore, “The Glades”) and his wife, Grace  (Stephanie Szostak, “The Devil Wears Prada”), this series answers the question, “What do you do when having it all is not enough?” by delving into their shocking and unconventional choices. SATISFACTION is also a fun and sexy series in addition to being thought provoking.

I have to admit, I’ve never really watched a USA original show, usually just SVU reruns. But this one, it’s interesting and a wee bit scandalous. After watching the pilot I’m curious to see where it goes. I mean, there’s escorts and a man going down the airplane slide and more escort talk and a dirty swimming pool and cheaters but not cheaters and whew, it’s a lot.

And to help me get in the Zen mood for this show, the fine folks at NBC Universal sent me a delightful kit of goodies including: a book of Zen, a relaxing neck pillow, the pilot of the show, an Amazon gift card and my own little zen garden. Fabulous right? And perfect for an afternoon of TV binge watching.
