Three reasons why I should be friends with a drag queen:
1. They could teach me how to wear heels like a normal person and not look like a baby giraffe.
2. They would always be straight with me and tell me how I look.
3. They give awesome advice, great hugs and are all around fierce.
Basically I’ve drawn all of this from watching too much Drag U but really, I need to be friends with a Drag Queen! (Hey Jujubee, let’s be buds!) This show just makes me want to be a fierce woman and apparently the best people to help with that are Drag Queens.
So tell me, are you fierce? Do you want a Drag Queen BFF? Do you have a Drag Queen BFF? If you said yes, I AM SO JEALOUS.
*Magnificent with glitter on top. Thank you Drag U for enhancing my vocabulary and my life.
happy thursday!

Definitely tons of drag shows in SF!
I’ve mostly only gone to the Asian drag shows. It’s all so glamorous!
I adore drag queens but also have some serious jealousies when they have better hair and/or makeup than me. Truth.
HA! this post cracked me up. as well as turn on the tv and search for drag u via on-demand. i’m so intrigued. and while i don’t necessarily love rupaul…i do love a good drag queen. i’ve always wanted to go to a drag show. they seem hilariously entertaining! so eh, heck yes i’d like to be friends with one. like why the heck not?
I’ve met a few drag queens through my sister, the aspiring Broadway diva, and I’ve got to tell you, it was kind of a let down. I was expecting Ru Paul and instead got somewhat fabulous furniture salesman, Champagne
